Türkiye salary calculator · 2026

From gross pay we deduct the employee's social security (14%) and unemployment insurance (1%), work out income tax on the year-to-date base with the minimum wage exemption, and add stamp duty. Because tax rises during the year, we show the net pay of all twelve months. Employer cost adds the employer's SGK share and 2% unemployment insurance. TRY 50,000 gross leaves TRY 38,844.64 a month on average.
