Romania: employer cost
Enter what a job may cost each month. The calculator takes off the contributions the employer pays on top of salary and shows gross and net pay. A budget of RON 10,000 buys RON 9,780 gross and RON 5,721 net (main job, no dependants, the December payslip).

How it works
Total cost is gross salary plus the contributions the employer pays on top. For a budget, the calculator finds the gross pay at which salary and employer contributions use up exactly that amount, and works out the net pay from there.
